General requirements of Nonprofit Partnership:
- Registration as a 501(c)(3) charitable organization or affiliation with a public service agency
- Positive philanthropic or community service mission
- Offer programs or services focused on community enhancement or general social welfare
Our leadership and corporate sponsors have enabled us to extend a special introductory rate to our Founding Nonprofit Partners to permit organizations of every size and to scale to join us in this historic opportunity to promote volunteerism in St. Johns County.

THE NONPROFIT REGISTRATION PROCESS:
Becoming a Nonprofit Partner is as easy as 1-2-3!
#1 – Complete an official Application Form.
#2 – Following the review and approval of your application, a Needs Assessment will be scheduled. (Note: As part of the interview process additional information will be collected to begin development of your organizational profile within our promotional platforms, including the St. Johns Volunteers! website, magazine and nonprofit guide, e-newsletter and social media.)
#3 – Representatives from organization will be enrolled in two Complimentary Training sessions, including a Volunteer Management seminar and a second Technical Training session where your staff will learn how to write and submit volunteer opportunities in our online system. These are accelerated training sessions offered free of charge to our nonprofit partners. Participation is required to begin accessing our online volunteer recruitment and marketing tools.
